HomeMy WebLinkAbout2901ORDINANCE NO. 2901 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles revising the Budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1995, adopting the budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1996, and amending Ordinance 2849. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. The annual budget of the City of Port Angeles for the year 1996, as prepared by the City Manager for said City, and finally amended, fixed, and determined as to every item by the City Council after a public hearing having been held on Tuesday, December 5, 1995, and notice of said hearing having been given and published in the manner provided by law, is hereby adopted, approved and confirmed. Section 2. The 1995 budget appropriations as set forth in Ordinance 2849 and the 1995 budget appropriations are hereby adopted in accordance with the following summary of the totals of appropriations for each separate fund and the aggregate total for all such funds combined: 1995 1996 Department or Fund Amended Adopted A. The City Clerk is hereby directed to keep on file the budget referred to in Sections 1 and 2 above and to transmit a complete copy of the final budget to the Division of Municipal Corporations in the Office of the State Auditor and to the Association of Washington Cities. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after publication. Ordinance No. 2902 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles increases the monthly utility account charge for the Medic I Program from $2.00 to $3.00 and amends Ordinance No. 2274, as amended, and Section 8.36.030 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. Ordinance No. 2903 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles revises and establishes fees for certain services at Ocean View Cemetery and amends Ordinance 2789, as amended, and Section 3.70.020 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. Ordinance No. 2904 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles rezones property throughout the City in accordance with the public interest and the Comprehensive Plan and amends the Official Zoning Map, Ordinance No. 2881. Ordinance No. 2905 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles establishes City horizontal and vertical datums for surveying and mapping purposes and repeals Ordinance 1408. The full texts of the Ordinances are available at City Hall in the City Clerk's office or will be mailed upon request.
