AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles, Washington, correcting an error in
the legal description of property located in Block 38 of Norman R. Smith
Subdivision, Townsite of Port Angeles, which was rezoned in Ordinance
3058.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 3058 is hereby amended to read as follows:
The Official Zoning Map, Ordinance 2801, as amended, is hereby amended to
change the zoning of the following described property from RS -7, Residential Single Family,
to CO, Commercial Office, as shown in the attached Exhibit "A" :
Lot 34, Block 38, Norman R. Smith Subdivision, Townsite of Port Angeles,
Clallam County, Washington.
Section 2 - Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after
publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the 2nd day of June , 2003.

Ordinance No. 3141
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles, Washington, corrects an error in the legal
description of the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 38, Norman R. Smith Subdivision, Townsite of Port Angeles,
which had been rezoned in Ordinance 3058 from RS -7, Residential Single Family, to CO,
Commercial Office.
The full text of the Ordinance is available at City Hall in the City Clerk's office or will be mailed
upon request. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This
Ordinance shall take effect five days following the date of its publication by summary.
