ORDINANCE NO. 3 3 9 6
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles, Washington, amending
Ordinance No. 3394.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 3394 was adopted on March 18, 2010; and
WHEREAS, City Council finds it appropriate to clarify Section 5 of Ordinance No.3394.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DO
HEREBY ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3394 is amended to read as follows:
Section 5 - Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power specifically
delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance and to file a certified copy
with the Clallam County Auditor and the Clallam County Assessor.
As to the property described in Section 4.B. in Ordinance No. 3394, this Ordinance shall
be effective only upon the payment of the required compensation. If full payment is not received
within ninety days of the date of approval, then this ordinance will be deemed to be void as to
Section 4.B. and shall have no effect.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the 2 0th day of April, 2010.
