Members present were Reiners, Hampton, ~cGee, Hankins and strange. AlSO present was City E~gineer Anlvers. Meeting was called primarily to give the members a chance to refresh their memories on the financial set-up on the proposed enlarged improvement district; hearing on which is to be held on October20th next. The commission speht practically the entire evening going over the details of the project. A discussion was held on the subject of car ports, several people having had made application to build ports along side of their homes which would necessarily be closer than seven feet to the property line and declaring hardships resulted from the ordinance disallowing the location. The commission took no action, decided to take the matter under advisement and inspect several of the locations before reaching a comclusion.
