Members pre~ent were Anderson, Dilling, Hankins, Hunt, Treat and Stran~e. Absent Driscoll. Also present were Director of Public horks Tohn B. .iarder and Building Inspector Robert ~\'1lhon. ~inute8 of ~revious meetin~ were read end approved. The first order of bUliness was consideration of the applica- tion of Wn. O. Denni. for a variance from the Zonin~ R~~ulation that would permit the construction of a private residence with les5 than the ~et ~ack required in a First Residential Zone. Property identified AS lots 19 and 20 Block 145 Townsite located approxi~ mately at 4th and "L" Streets. The railroad riJht of way and top of the bluff rpstrict the area .uit~ble for building.
