Present: Hunt, Anderson, Treat, Hankins, Dilling, McHone and Building Inspector Willson. Absent: Driscoll The meeting was opened at'7:35 P.M. in the Municipal Chambers. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as received. Old Business - There was no old business. New Business - Two applications for Conditional Use Permits had been received and properly posted for hearing at this time. . Olympic Vista Inc. had requested a Conditional Use permit to permit operation of a pr~vate Inn in an RS-7 zone at 532 West 11th Street. Mrs. Evelyn Tinkham and Mr. Chet Alexander were present on behalf of the applicant. Following a brief discussion, it was voted to recommend approval of the request. Ray Robinson had requested a Conditional Use permit to allow construction of a duplex in an RS-7 zone, on the north side of Park Ave. just west of Cherry Street. A brief discussion followed, and it was voted to recommend approval of the request. Other Business - Several items were brought up and discussed for inclusion in the revision of the zoning ordinance. OTHER Business I have had an inquiry from the owner of two lots immediately west of nOlson's Grocery", on 8th Street between Pine and Cedar Streets. The inquiry was for the installation of (1) a drive-in restaurant or (2) a used car lot. This may come up as a formal application at some future meeting Councill Action There has been no eouncil meeting since the last. Planning Commission meeting.
