That the number of pre-school/day care students be limited to a maximum of 20 children on the premises at anyone time. 2. Mr. and Mrs. Anders, Larry Knoll, Gene Wiley, and Mrs. Abbott, expressed concern that vacating the right-of-way would preclude subsequent development of a standard width street. Staff explained that the existing roadway was east of the right-of-way and vacation of Mr. Solway's portion of the right-of-way would still leave approxi- mately 30 feet of right-of-way to the west of the existing road which could be used in future expansion. Chairman Hulett closed the public hearing. Ms. Ross moved, based upon the information presented during the hearing, to recommend denial of the petition without prejudice, to allow staff time to resolve the legal aspects of the right-of-way and existing roadway issue.
