HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes 12/16/1969 (2) . Minutes of the Port Angeles Planning Commission meeting of December 16, 1969. Present: Hunt, Treat, Dilling, Anderson, McHone and Building Inspector Willson. Absent: Hankins, Driscoll. The meeting was opened at 7:35 P.M. in the Municipal Chambers. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as received. Old Business A formal application from Time Oil Co. to permit erection of residential quarters at their proposed self-service gasoline station at Marine Drive and First Street had been received and properly posted for hearing at this time. After a lengthy discussion, it was voted to recommend approval, contingent upon the area in the living quarters being increased to meet minimum requirements of the current city building code. The Planning Commission members also directed the secretary to call the Councils attention to the memorandum from the Fire Chief relative to this application. Members felt this aspect of the request was outside the Planning Commissions jurisdiction. . New Business - None Other Business - Several minor items were brought up for discussion, none of which required formal action. No further business was presented and the meeting adjourned at 8 : 20 P.
