Re: City of Port Angeles Professional Services Contract with ASM Signs
Dear Mr. Millar:
The professional services agreement signed on February 12, 2013 between ASM Signs and the
City of Port Angeles allows for a two-year extension based on the mutual agreement of the
parties. Please consider this letter notice of the City of Port Angeles' intention to extend that
agreement through February of 2015. If ASM Signs agrees to the extension, please sign and
return a copy of this letter to the Parks & Recreation Department. The City will then consider
this contract valid for an additional year. Please feel free to call if you have any additional
questions.
