Development Council The Downtown Waterfront Development Project and ferry terminal upgrades as a joint Linda Rotmark project are of vital importance to the security and well being of our community. P.A. Chamber of Commerce The projects focus on developing the City's northern entry into an international gateway to Willie Nelson highlight our environmental, economic, and cultural assets. Emphasizing multi-modal circulation and access to the City's transportation hubs, including the recently built Gateway P.A.Business Association bus transit center,the activities included in the request will ensure the safe and efficient Kaj Ahlburg mobility of those traveling to and through the City. Infrastructure and capital investments in the downtown will encourage investment in the private sector and further stimulate the xPA.Downtown Association economy.
