We have a competent staff to do"due diligence".Second,find another community in the state that has already:Wade the switch and see how they are faring. Third, see if the old system can remain and be used by customers to see if the readings are at least roughly the same. Finally do not proceed until there has been a full and complete public discussion of this potentially rancorous innovation.
