AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES
AND
JOHNSTON LAND SURVEYING.
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is made and entered into this day of g,c- 441 2012, by
and between the City of Port Angeles, a non charter code city of the State of Washington, (hereinafter
called the "CITY and Johnston Land Surveying, Sole proprietorship, a Washington Corporation
authorized to do business in the State of Washington (hereinafter called the "CONSULTANT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the representations and the terms, conditions, covenants and
agreements set forth in the original AGREEMENT and this AMENDMENT, the parties hereto agree as
follows:
SECTION I
The CITY entered into the existing AGREEMENT with the CONSULTANT on August 11, 2011, (the
AGREEMENT).
IV MAXIMUM COMPENSATION
Section IV of the Agreement is amended in its entirety to read:
SECTION XVII
Except as modified herein, the original AGREEMENT is confirmed and ratified.
In WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement as of
the date and year first written above.

Surveying Contract
The CONSULTANT may begin work upon execution of this Agreement by both parties
and the duration of the Agreement shall extend through December 31, 2012.
