RECITAL
City staff made an error in the attached memo to City Council regarding the Professional
Services Agreement Amendment for Commercial Industrial Demand Response Project
Evaluation, which was approved by Council for execution on June 21, 2011.
The correct wording for this memo should have read, Professional Services Agreement
Amendment No. 4, not Amendment No. 3, for Commercial Industrial Demand Response
Project Evaluation.
Given that Council authorized the City Manager to make minor modifications to this
Agreement, if necessary, and the attached memo from the City Attorney states that this
change is a minor modification, this Amendment is hereby modified accordingly.
