This work was not included within the original contract documents and therefore was extra work added to the contract. It was estimated that an additional unanticipated work would be required resulting in a second increased cost of$50,000 for a total cost of unanticipated work of$100,000 (See Council memo dated December 17, 2013). All work was completed in January, 2014. The total cost of unanticipated work was $90,000.
