To Whom it May Concern:
On the 1 st day of June, 2015 City of Port Angeles entered into an Option and Land
Lease Agreement with Seattle SMSA Limited Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless for
the use of the property located at 1303 W. 8th Street, Port Angeles, Washington.
Pursuant to the above referenced Agreement, this letter will serve as notification that we
are exercising our option to commence the agreement effective June 1, 2015.
