AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE
AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES
AND
ANCHOR QEA LLC.
LANDFILL CELL STABILIZATION, PROJECT NO. SW 02-12
RELATING TO: Landfill Cell Stabilization Project Construction Management Services
THIS AMENDMENT No.4 is made and entered into as of the last signature affixed below,
by and between the City of Port Angeles, a non-charter code city of the State of
Washington, (hereinafter called the "CITY") and Anchor QEA, LLC., a Washington
Corporation authorized to do business in the State of Washington (hereinafter called the
"CONSULTANT").
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the representations and the terms, conditions,
covenants and agreements set forth in the original AGREEMENT and this
AMENDMENT, the parties hereto agree as follows:
SECTION 1
The City entered into the existing AGREEMENT with CONSULTANT on April. 15,
2014, (the AGREEMENT) and Amendment No. I on November 25, 2015, Amendment
No. 2 on December 30, 2015, and Arnendment No. 3 on May 9, 2016.
SECTION 2
I. SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of professional services to be performed and results to be achieved by the
CONSULTANT is amended to include additional construction management services that
are required on the project due to construction schedule impacts.
IV. TIME OF PERFORMANCE
The time of performance is extended, and all contract tasks are to be cornpleted by
December 30, 2016.
VI. MAXIMUM COMPENSATION
The CONSULTANT'S maximum compensation and reimbursement is amended to
51,837,927.34. The compensation set forth in Amendment No. 4 is $10,000.00.

XVII EXHIBITS AND SIGNATURES
This Amendment, including its exhibits, constitutes the entire Amendment, supersedes all
prior written or oral understanding related to the subject of"this Agreement, and may only
be changed by written agreement by both parties.
Except as modified herein, the original AGREEMENT is confirmed and ratified. In
WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment No. 4 to the
Agreement as of the last date and year written below.
