When roof gutters are installed, drains will located in dry
wells or piped to approved storm drain locations.

SUBJECT: Underground power facilities for Lots 15 & 16 of Block 310 TPA
Dear Mr. Grinell:
The required aid to construction contribution for labor and material to extend underground
electrical secondary to your lots is estimated to be $2,729.69. This estimate is good for 180
days.

You will be responsible for the following:
1.
Surveying and staking of the southerly property lines and of Lots 15 and 16.
~
2. Bringing the area to final grade before installation ofthe electrical facilities.
The trench 18 inches wide, 33 inches deep, approximately 100 feet in length, back fill
and co:mpaction. Trenching must meet the requirements of WAC Chapter 296-155N-
Excavation, Trenching and Shoring. All excavated material will be placed no closer
than twO (2) feet from the edge of the e~cavation.

3. Coordination with Qwest Communication and Northland Telecable for the installation
of their equipment. They may share the trench with the electrical conduit.
4. Granting an easement for the location of the secondary pedestal. Please sign, notarize
and return the attached easement form to our office.
5. Providing, installing and future maintenance of the service wires in conduit from the
pedestal to the meter bases.

6. Obtain a permit for digging in the City right-of-way.
7. Payment of$2,729.69.
If the actual cost of installation is less than the paid estimated amount, you will be refunded
the difference. If the cost is more, there will be no further billing.
Installation will be scheduled for five to six weeks after receipt of the payment of$2,729.69
and the signed, notarized easement form.
