This letter is to substantiate the necessity of an extension on my permit dated
9/13/2007 application and pin number above

I sustained a serious injury on 9/26/2007 I have been hospitalized five times
over the months of September October and November with complications due to
infection I am still under daily care of Dr Robert Watkins. I am still using
crutches and not allowed to put more than 20 pounds of weight on my bad leg at
this time
Due to these circumstances I am in need of an extension to do my project. The
concrete foundation was poured in October by Greystone Homes Concrete The
shed material is on site, but has not been started yet due to my injury I am
unable to give a definite time period due to my condition
