In CITY OF PORT ANGELES this case that particular provision need not be applied for that reason. , __ m+nun ty®evelopme-' From the materials I have seen on this proposal and my general familiarity with the mill site, it does not seem there would be any environmental rationale for conditional use review proceedings, nor would I expect a different outcome if that standard were applied, so my call would be it is acceptable to regulate this relatively minor expansion of support facilities under the aegis of the water-related nature of the plant as a whole.
