Economic & Community Development September 29, 2005 Mr. Jaime Bautista 718 Estes Court Port Angeles, W A 98362 RE: Conditional Use Permit - CUP 05-06 Southeast comer of Eunice and Front Streets As you know, following a public hearing conducted on September 28,2005, the Planning Commission approved a coriditional use permit to allow the development of an off-street parking lot at the southeast comer of the intersection of Front and Eunice Streets per your application to this office. Approval of the conditional use permit is conditioned as follows: ~ ~ "" - Dear Mr. Bautista: 1. A demolition permit shall be obtained from the City prior to removal of the existing structure on the subj ect site. 2. The parking lot shall be developed in substantial conformance with the site plan submitted with the CUP 05-06 application and approved by the Public Works and Utilities Department. 3. At least one landscape tree, a minimum of2" in diameter at 4 feet of height, shall be located in a landscaped area of the parking area. 4. A drainage plan shall be submitted and approved by the City of Port Angeles Public W arks and Utilities Department prior to construction of the parking lot.
