HomeMy WebLinkAbout000991 Amendment 3 000991 AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES AND HERRERA ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS Elwha River Hydraulic Analysis and Remediation THIS AMENDMENT NO 3 is made and entered into by and between the City of Port Angeles, a non-charter code city of the State of Washington, (hereinafter called the "CITY") and Herrera Environmental Consultants, a Washington Corporation authorized to do business in the State of Washington (hereinafter called the "CONSULTANT"). NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the representations and the terms,conditions,covenants and agreements set forth in this AMENDMENT,the AGREEMENT is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 1 The CITY entered into the existing AGREEMENT with the CONSULTANT on August 18, 2015, (the AGREEMENT), and amended the AGREEMENT on January 7, 2016 and on April 4, 2016. SECTION 2 I. AMENDED SCOPE OF SERVICES No change. II. TIME OF PERFORMANCE The CITY requires additional time for professional services to be provided by the CONSULTANT on tasks related to Elwha River Water Treatment Facilities as defined in the existing Scope of Services, and CONSULTANT has agreed to continued effort. The time of performance in Section IV of the AGREEMENT is amended to read: The duration of the Agreement shall extend through December 31, 2017. III. PAYMENT No Change IV. MAXIMUM COMPENSATION No change. IV. EXHIBITS No change. Amendment 3: Elwha River Hydraulic Analysis Page SECTION 3 RATIFICATION Except as modified herein,the original AGREEMENT,AMENDMENT 1,and AMENDMENT 2 are confirmed and ratified.
