AMENDMENT TO THE GRANT PROGRAM AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
City of Port Angeles
and
Dakota Ventures, LLC
d/b/a Kokopelli Grill
This Amendment is made between the City of Port Angeles, a non-charter code city and
municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "City") and
Dakota Ventures, LLC d/b/a Kokopelli Grill (hereinafter collectively called the Grantee) for the
facade improvement project described in this document and its attachments (herein called the
Project).
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Grantee do mutually agree to the following terms and
conditions regarding the above mentioned property to be improved using City funds through the
Facade Grant Program:
SECTION 1
'I"he City and the Grantee entered into the existing Agreement on November 9, 2016. (The
Agreement). Grantee has added unanticipated costs that are eligible for reimbursement by the
City. The City has agreed to amend the budget for the project in exchanged for Grantee's
continued effort to complete the project.
SECTION 2
Section C of Attachment B Project Scheduled and AMENDED Budget is amended in its entirety
to read:
