Dear Ms. Christi 'U ojnowski,
At the March 7s 2417 City Council Meeting, the Council voted on two vacant positions
within the port Angeles Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission. The Council
unanimously appointed you to the membership of the Commission for the term March
1m 2417 through February 28, 2421.

/ During this time span, you will serve an important role to the community and the City
Council. The Commission gives advisory recommendations to the City Council on all
matters relating,to parks,recreation, and beautification. Commission members meet
with the Parks &.Recreation Director on the third. Thursday of each month at 6:44 p.m.,
in the Vern Burton Meeting Roam 3. Your first meeting will be on March 16. The
Commission takes a summer hiatus during the months of June, July, and August, as
' only nine mandatory meetings must take place within the calendar year.
The Council and 1 look forward to your involvement in the deliberations of the
Commission as there are marry extremely important issues being addressed in the near
future. We thank you in advance for your willingness to serve the citizens of Part
Angeles and the City Council.
