The City owns a landfill on property located at 3 501 W 19"' Street. Pool Angeles, \N,"A,
(hereafter, "the F'remises'). Licensee desires to use the Premises ft)r completing Taylor's
C'heckerspot butterfly, surveys during May 2017 through September 2017. In consideration of
the use of:. the Premises, Licensee agrees to release. defend, hold harmless, and indieninify the
City, and its officials, emph),Y ees, and agents of and From any ad a
nll clainis, losses, and/or
dainages arising out s,&, or in any, way connected with, the activities of Licensee., or its employees
or agents on the Preinises to the extent allossable by law.
It is further specifically and expressly, understood that the indemnification provided
herein constitUtes L.icensees waiver of inimunit W,

Licensee will complete surveys during the normal City of Poil Angeles business hours
and will notify the City of Potil Angeles
