PURPOSE:To amend the Agreement between the state of Washington,Department of Ecology,hereinafter
rcf recd to as "ECOLOGY," and The City of Port Angeles, hereinafter referred to as
,wC"Ct rl c C°l"O ."
WHEREAS, EC OLC)C:wY's Local Source Control Partnership contracts are inanaped to ali ii with the state's
biennium budget cycle. This contract was out of sync with the biennium budget schedule.
In order to align this contract with the state's biennium budget cycle the end date is being,
amended. The intent of ECOLOGY is to issue a new contract aligning with the biennium
cycle. Since the the enol date is being amended, the number of Technical Assistance Visits
required to be completed by the CONTRACTOR is also beim amended.
