pay the fees. I have enclosed a copy of the PublIc Works PermIt # 1230 ThIS permIt can be
paId for and Issued at the bUI1dmg permIt counter at CIty hall.

Re: Building permit for Jeff' and Pat Nelson on Estes Court.
The following revisions were made to the building plans. A bay window was added to
the master bedroom adding 14 square feet of living space. The linen closet was removed
from the master bathroom and an additional lavatory was added. The propane fireplace
in the great room was moved from the lower right comer to the center of the fight wall.
An uncovered patio was added off`the nook for a total of 46.75 square feet.
The total additional cost to contract price of home is $1,700.00.
