HomeMy WebLinkAbout001153 Amendment 2 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR TOURIST PROMOTION SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES AND VERTIGO MARKETING,LLC THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered as of the date of the last signature affixed below, by and between the CITY OF PORT ANGELES,a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, (hereinafter called the "City") and VERTIGO MARKETING, LLC, (hereinafter called "Contractor"). SECTION 1 The City entered into the existing AGREEMENT with the Contractor on December 3, 2015 (the AGREEMENT)and amended the AGREEMENT on January 6, 2017. SECTION 2 The AGREEMENT is amended as follows: 1. PERFORMANCE BY CONTRACTOR Sections 1(A)through I(C)of the AGREEMENT are amended by: Adding a new Scope of Work for 2018 Tourism Advertising and Marketing Services.The additional tasks,budget,and completion dates are outlined in Exhibit A attached to this Amendment and incorporated herein by this reference. 11. DURATION OF CONTRACT Section 2 of the AGREEMENT is amended to read in its entirety.- The performance of the Contractor shall commence on the 2nd day of December 2015, and shall terminate on December 31, 2018. III. COMPENSATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT BY CITY Section 3 of the AGREEMENT is amended to add: Compensation for Tourist Promotion Activities. From January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018, the City shall reimburse Contractor for expenses the Contractor incurs to promote tourism within the City, but in any event not to exceed two hundred fifty seven thousand nine hundred eighty-five($257,985).
