Special Notes and Comments
When roof gutters are installed, drains will located in dry
wells or piped to approved storm drain locations.
A residential fire sprinkler system shall be installed per
NFPA 13D will be required.
2nd option is to install an out side alarm bell that is
eletronicly connected to the residence's smoke detectors,
The alarm bell will be painted red in color and identified
as IIFire alarmll
The proposal will result in the construction of a new single
family residence in the RS-7 zone. Setbacks are good and
lot coverage is fine at 20%, HOWEVER, the property has not
been finally boundary line adjusted to allow the proposal
and a permit may not be issued until the mylar is finaled.
Boundary line adjustment final mylar received 11/24/04.
Electrical load calculations and elctrical permits are
required.
Any modifications to the City'S electrical facilities will
be at the customer's expense.
Construct road to City standards, see public works
engineering for requirements.
Sanitary sewer connection inspection is required by
Public Works prior to back fill of ditch.
