Dear Mr. Lierly:
Upon the request of the owner this office has provided a revised plan for the above
mentioned structure. Essentially the back (south) wall of the structure is to match
identically the front (north) wall of the structure. Due to the fact that the concrete
foundation was already in place there was a need to epoxy additional anchors for
holdowns and add additional "wedge anchors" in combination with standard anchor
bolts.

This office has preformed "special inspection" on the epoxy anchors used for the
holdowns and has verified the installation of "wedge anchors" for use as the required
anchor bolts per shearwall schedule.
