The City of Port Angeles realizes that there are projects which have been in the development phase for several months prior to July 1, 2016. In some instances there may be a question whether a redesign would be required. To eliminate uncertainty and avoid creating a hardship for the owner/applicant, until October 1, 2016 the City of Port Angeles will allow projects designed under the 2012 Codes to be vested to the 2012 Codes. During this transition period between July 1, 2016 and October 1, 2016 the applicant shall complete this form stating the code under which they want the plans to be vested to,the 2012 or 2015 Codes. The choice will apply to all codes, building, mechanical, plumbing, and energy codes referenced during the plan review. You will not be able to switch between code years for different trades. Once you choose the code year, the project will be regulated by that code edition through completion of the project,or expiration, whichever comes first. »/1,.1--k applicant/agent for building application# choose to have my plans reviewed under the: 2012 Code 2015 Codes Signature of owner/age t Date ao m 8 3100.,W w – – 13229 _ WATER LOT 32 _ -_.METER 0284 Ac W W 4 POWEF PHONE W W f W 13.
