Furnish and install tapered insulation(up to 175 square feet)to aid in achieving positive drainage 3. Furnish and install a.060 Mil mechanically attached TPO roofing system as per the manufacturer specifications including all components for a complete watertight assembly 4. Fumish and install new aluminum retrofit drain inserts at existing sump drain locations and flash in per manufacturers standard specifications 5. Properly encapsulate existing wood sleepers at HVAC unit with TPO and tie-in to the new roofing assembly 6. Heat-weld all seams according to manufacturer specifications 7. Check all seams to ensure proper welds 8.
