We removed the wall of windows in the main room of the library with the exception of three windows. We replaced three of the windows with new in the same location of the existing windows, but raised the sill height. The existing headers for these windows was a double 2x4 installed vertically, We have .checked the loading of these headers and the existing headers do meet the loading required.
