The conditional use permit is approved with the following conditions: f- ;\ ;, L l' Conditions: 1. Driveway access to the site shall be restricted to Bent Cedars Way. 2. Requirements of the City's Building Division and Fire Department shall be adhered to at the time of construction. The use for which the conditional use permit (CUP) is approved must be commenced WIthin one year from the date of issue or the CUP will become invalid.
