The City has designed the storm drain and budgeted $100,000 to assist m the construction of the Lmcoln Street storm dram from 4th Street to 7th Street. A cost estimate for this section IS attached. Reconnecting to the sanitary sewer is $95.00. The utility records mdlcate that Standard Oil had a 1 W' water service line to the property, this would reqUITe a drop in meter.
