The work is being done by Ken's Custom Construction. Deter/orated and settling wooden posts are being systematically replaced with new posts placed upon reinforced concrete pads.. Reinforced concrete footings are being placed along the south perimeter wall. Timber posts are being used to support the structure above the concrete. In general the posts are restrained top and bottom. The scheduling is such that exisfmg support systems are left in place and then a new support is added. When complete the building will be supported to a higher degree than previously. I consider thc work to be normal maintenance for an old post and beam foundation. After meeting with the owner Ken Tobias and his crew, it is my belief that the work is being done by competent carpenters. They have prepared sketches of the south wall repair.
