THE CITY COUNCI L OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinance 1709 as amended, and Chapter 17.21 of the Port Angeles Municipal p g P Code relating to Commercial Neighborhood (CN) zoning are hereby amended by amending a f section of Chapter 1.7.21 as follows: CHAPTER 17.21 CN—COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD j 17.21.040 - Permitted uses. A. Apartments. `O-When located on the second or subsequent floor of a building, or basement floor, or located on the ground floor within a detached accessory structure that is on a lot with principal nonresidential uses in operation B. Apartment buildings. C. Art galleries, and museums and aquariums. D. Section 6. -Severability. If any provisions of this Ordinance, or its application to any person or circumstances,are held invalid,the remainder of the Ordinance,or application of the provisions of the Ordinance to other persons or circumstances, is not affected. Section 7.-Effeetive Date. This Ordinance,being an exercise of power specifically delegated to f the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the title.
