As one of the candidates applying for the vacant position on the Parks, Recreation and Beautification Commission, you are invited to participate in an interview. The 15-minute interview,
conducted by the Parks Commission, will be held:
February 17, 2011
6:00 p.m.
Vern Burton Community Center Meeting Room #3

The Commission will officially take action at their regular scheduled meeting immediately following the interview. You are invited to attend the Commission’s meeting if you wish.
The Commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for their action.
I have attached a copy of the Ordinance that created the Commission and a copy of the Commission’s By-Laws for your information.
