Weshould provide any service possible to keep them safe. Its both economicaly and environmentally responsible. G8-C LOS seems to always be the reason work force housing gets slammed-"can't do it, it'llincrease the traffic and there won't be enough parking spaces". That has to stop. Does this item perpetuate that stalemate? If roads and parking sites get crowded enough, people will walk, bike or use transit. Throw out LOS for parking and residential neighborhood traffic volume. Wood burning stoves: don't go there. All international standards still consider wood as carbon neutral as solar and wind. Incentivise not harvesting timber for wood fuel but there is nothingcarbon contributing about using down wood for burning as all local firewood permits require. Even as compost, word releases it's carbon. Graphic on page 22: Pg 22 graphic: use something covering 400,000 years with ice coresamples, not 40 years of local data. It’s a global problem and the global effects are what are killing us, not the local effects. Kathe 607 E 4th St, PA 360-457-1493
