SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE-AMENDED
Notice is hereby given the City Council will hold a virtual special meeting on Tuesday, October 13,
2020. This special meeting notice is amended to include a closed Executive Session.
The agenda of the meeting will include:
• 4:30-5:00 p.m. - A closed executive session held under authority of RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) to
discuss potential litigation with legal counsel
• 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Open Session-parliamentary training facilitated by Ann Macfarlane
Notice is also given that, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., on the same date and for the same purpose, the
following City advisory boards will hold special meetings:
• Port Angeles Parks, Recreation & Beautification Committee
• Port Angeles Planning Commission
• Port Angeles Public Safety Advisory Board
• Port Angeles Utility Advisory Committee
The purpose of the open session meeting is for each Board, Commission, Committee, along with City
Council, to attend a parliamentary training facilitated by Ann Macfarlane.
