A. Call to Order Mayor and Chair Kate Dexter called the meeting to order at 3:03 pm. B. Lindsey Schromen- Wawrin seconded the motion. Chair Kate Dexter asked if there was unanimous consent, hearing no opposition, the motion carried 4-0. Ill. Public Comment: None q PO IV. `Hot' Items: None V. Contracts and Budgets: A. Cost of Service Analysis (COSA) Water & Wastewater Sarina Carrizosa, Finance Director, introduced Mary Sue French, Cost and Capital Accountant. Mary Sue provided an outline of the Water & Wastewater COSA's review of deliverables from the September 8, 2020 UAC meeting, to include proposals and updates that were sent to UAC members on October 28, 2020. Mary Sue detailed the changes and provided recommendations for 2021-2022 rates. Brendan Meyer moved to forward a favorable recommendation to City Council to adopt the 2021-2022 Water & Wastewater rates by class. Lindsey Schromen-Wawrin seconded the motion. Chair Kate Dexter asked if there was unanimous consent, hearing no opposition, the motion carried 4-0. VI. Informational Only Items: None VII. Legislative Issues: None Vlll. A subsequent project stabilized the bluff and installed a retaining wall along the beach to protect the slope from wave erosion. Construction of the wall was complete in October 2007. The HPA Permit for the E project required beach nourishment be placed as necessary to restore the beach profile north of the landfill revetment wall to the shape that was s ecified in the p .. construction plans for the life of the wall. _-- � � �.;- �'�• s t_.�� During permitting for the Landfill Cell ,- Stabilization project in 2016 an Army Corps permit requirement for beach nourishment to place 2600 yards annually for the life of wall was issued.
