AN ORDNANCE of the City of Port Angeles, Washington
amending Section 025 of Chapter 13.44 of the Port Angeles
Municipal Code relating to water rates,

THE CITY COtNCIL CIF THE CITY OF PORT ANGEL[_,'S DO HEREBY ORDAIN
1AS FOLLOWS:
Section L. Ordinance 218,1 as amended, and Subsection E of Section 025 of Chapter 13.44
of the Port Angeles Municipal Code relating to water rates, are hereby amended to read as
follows:

monthly customer charges are applicable to the non-taxable federal customer
classification of water services within the corporate limits of the City of Port Angeles. 'The
customer charge is based upon size of the meter. The customer charges,for non-taxable federal are
as follows:

Section 2. Corrections. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this ordinance are
authorized to make, necessary corrections to this ordinance including,, but not limited to,
the correction of the scrivener's/clerical errors,references to other local, state,or federal laws,codes"
rules or regulations,or ordinance numbering,section/subsection numbers and any references thereto.
S S echon 3. -Severa ail ity. If any provisions of this Ordinance, or its application to any person
or eircumstanca;,are held invalid, the remainder of the Ordinance,or application of the provisions of'
the Ordinance to other persons or circumstances, is not affected.
section 4.-Effective Date. 'I"his Ordinance,being an exercise of a power specifically delegated to,
the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum. This ordinance shall take effect five (5
days after passage and publication of an approved summary thereof consisting of the title.

These ordinances are not subject to referendum and shall take effect 5 (five) days after
publication according to law.
