Councilinernber and Chair Kidd called the special meeting of the Port Angeles City Council to order at 3:00 p.m,
ROLL CALL
Roll Call for Utility Advisory Committee: Chair Kidd, Deputy Mayor Dexter, Councilmember Schromen-Wawrin,
Vice Chair Bill Atkinson, Mattias hirvegren, Rob Feller,and Paul Collins.
Members Absent: Laura Dodd.
Roll Call for City Council: Mayor BrUCh; Councilmembers Moran, French and Merideth.
Members Absent: Mayor,Bruch,
Staff present: City Manager West, Attorney Bloor,Clerk Martinez-Bailey,J. Burke,G. King, G. Goodworth,
S. Carrizosa, M. Bodart,S. Shere,and MS. French.

Chair Kidd opened the joint meeting,welcomed both Council and Committee,and introduced Senior Accountant Glen
Goodworth who provided dates of the upcoming meetings when staft"would provide information on the COSA models.
In addition,presented an oral presentation on Storrnwater and Solid Waste COS A models.City Manager Nathan West
spoke to the upcoming meetings to be held,saying the meetings wou Id provide art opportunity for the Utility Advisory
Committee to look over the models and allow for more discussion. Manager West noted that questions during the
meeting would be tracked,and if those questions weren't answered during the meeting,they would be addressed after
the meeting an(]the information shared with both Council and Committee.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Kidd adjourned the meeting at 4:51 p.m.
Clerk's note: It was announced a May 2 Webinar would be coming up for attendance and the
next joint meeting would be, held May 8, when the CouncH and UAC would conduct an Electric
Cost of Service Analys'is review., The Next UAC meeting would be held May 14, 2,019,
