Please indicate the type of facilities being proposed (e.g. coaxial cable or fiber including strands). Please also include a legend. · All Institutional Network node enclosure locations where Wave's equipment requires electrical power. The criteria Wave and/o~' their Contractors must adhere to while upgrading the CATV System within the city limits of Port Angeles are: NESC clearance specifications for communications cable placement. (Ref: Attachment OM 0 07) The City may 'shut-down' construction for any NESC safety violations. Any interim poles that may need to be set or replaced due to deficient clearances will be the responsibility of Wave at Wave's expense. Wave must set separate guys and anchors when installing messengers. Wave must address all tree issues. Wave must install stand-off brackets for all conduit risers.
