Re: Appointment to the Utility Advisory Committee
l ear Mr. French,
At the February 15, 2022 City Council meeting, the Council voted on three vacant positions
within the Utility Advisory Committee(UAC) . The Council unanimously appointed you to the
Citizen-at-Large position of the UAC for,the four-year term from March 1, 2022 through
February 28, 2026.
Doting this time spaii, you will serve an important role to the community and the City Council.
The UAC gives advisory recommendations to the City Council on matters relating to all aspects
of the City*s utilities. You will be contacted soon by a staff member of the Public Works
Department with details on future meetings.
The Council and I look forward to your involvement in the deliberations of the UAC as there are
many extremely important issues being addressed in the near future. We thank you in.advance
for your willingness to serve the c�itizens,of Port Angeles and the C'ity Council.
