PLAN CHECK FEE IF a plan check feels due it must be submitted at the time the building pemnt application and construction plans are submitted. All other permit fees are due at the time of permit issuance. EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW If no permit is issued within 180 days of the date of apphcation, the application will expire.
