I will at my cost, continue curb /gutter in front of the house and around the west side, to City standards. I will provide gravel/concrete side walk in front of the house. I plan to work with the Port Angeles Commumty Playhouse to extend the pavement m the alley access directly between the house and the playhouse property, which the Community Playhouse has already partially paved. This should benefit all parties involved, the City, home owners, and the Community Playhouse. I am requesting this permit to get maximum use of my front yard and to benefit the City when the continued curb sidewalk are put m. I already have lost use of a 10'X 75 portion of my property due to a court ordered judgment set years ago, ordering all home owners to leave the road access clear on the west portions of their properties (I have all legal documents if you need to see them),I will follow all city requirements and guidelines to complete this work.
