Dear Mr. Pedersen,
ThIS letter is to inform you that work was done by Brothers Plumbing back in July or
August ofthis year at your residence without a Buildmg Permit.
Brothers Plumbing did apply for a permit, however they never paid or picked it up before
the start of Construction, therefore the installation cannot be inspected by our Building
Inspector to see that It was installed in accordance to the International Building Codes.
This could become a Health and Safety Issue in the future.
