INN PROPERTY (CURRENTLY THE P.A. INN GETS PROPANE FROM A PROPANE TANK LINE THAT RUNS DOWN THE ALLEY, FROM A PROPANE TANK ON JOHN RICKENBACKER'S PROPERTY LOCATED AT 121 E 2ND ST) I PHONED THE P.A. INN AND ASKED FOR THE OWNER. HE WASN'T THERE, SO I TALKED WITH THE FRONT DESK WOMAN NAMED CAROL CAROL VERIFIED THAT THEY USE PROPANE FOR THEIR DRYERS, AND ARE TALKING ABOUT PUTTING A PROPANE TANK ON THEIR PROPERTY I TOLD HER TO PLEASE TELL MR. PATEL THAT HE NEEDS A PERMIT PRIOR TO SETTING A PROPANE TANK. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE IT IS PLACED IN A SAFE LOCATION AND IS ADEQUATELY PROTECTED FROM IMPACT SHE AGREED TO TELL MR. PATEL. I ALSO LEFT A PHONE MESSAGE FOR REVY AT 461-6692 TELLING HIM THAT A PERMIT IS NEEDED PRIOR TO SETTING A PROPANE TANK.
