Specifications: Furnish and install exhaust fanlheat lamp combination unit. Unit to be ducted to
exterior with 4" metal duct vented through metal roof or wall cap to outside. Unit to
be complete with back draft damper. Replace existing switch or install new control
switch as necessary. Unit to be installed as per manufacturer's specifications and
as per NEC. Noise level not to exceed 4 sones.

breakers are adequate. Notify Rehab Specialist if new service is needed. Make
necessary changes required bu NEC standards. Check wiring for kitchen range.
