Address numbers shall be required on the street side of the property and shall be in contrast with color on structure. 2. Hand rail shall be required on front deck per code. 3. 4" sphere shall not pass through the space between treads considered to be the riser. 4. Usable space under stairs shall be covered completely with 5/8" type X GWB light fixture will be required to be moved to complete this task. 5. Seal w/c at floor with an approved tub and tile caulking. 6. Seal counter tops at wall junctions or install backsplash if applicable. 7. Exhaust hood (at cook top)required to be installed and sealed per code. 8. Install dish washer or J box/cover.. 9. Electrical final required before building final can be approved. 10.
